How the Passport Service Works ?

Each Member Registered on XCritical is offered a Digital Online passport facility by which he/she can signin or checkin ( using the XCritical Registered Username and Password ) to avail Special Rewards/Services and offers by Promoter Enterprises. For E.g. T&C Vectors or IBM OR Microsoft could run special schemes/Programs/Events/Offers to engage people and Members may choose the best engagement offers and utilise them using the Digital Passport Plus service. IBM may thus allow free entry to it's technical seminars for Xcritical passport members and the members may attend/register/Generate Entry Tickets for the seminar with their Xcritical login password.

Promoter Enterprises and Individuals are Allowed to offer a Maximum of 3 Passport Engagements Offers/Deals/Channels at a time, per account. However, there is no restriction on number of Passport engagement Offer/deals per year. This technique controls the flooding of Deals and offers by enterprises, and encourages Promoter enterprises to offer only strategically important and best deals to the audience.

The Total Number of Passport Checkins allowed per Individual = Maximum of 125 per Year. Passport Members may therefore be selective in their choice of checkins to avail offers.

Audience (Buyer) Commitment.

After the Total nos of Orders are accepted - the price of the Book is fixed. e.g. if 2 million people confirm orders the price is fixed at 4$. Those who confirmed their buy at 7$ would be refunded 3$. If however the total orders were in actual at 500,000 orders the buyer who had comitted to buy at only 4$, would be refunded their entire amount or would be supplied the product only at 4$ ( That Decision would be taken by the supplier ). From a T&C Vectors operations point of view this would not be a Profit center operation. It would provide select deals to it's users only where a good deal can be provided by utilising the principles of Efficiencies at Scale. The difference between Passport deals and General deals on offer in the Market Place is that - the Deal Price is fixed only after measuring the Demand for the Product i.e. ( Commitment from Suppliers + Buyer Demand = Final Deal ). The same type of deals apply to a variety of Products like electronic Goods, Cars, etc...

In Some Cases the Passport Members may be alloted free online game registrations and T&C Vectors would pay the Game Company a fixed fee after negotiating a deal. You may understand these offers would only be available where a good pricepoint can be achieved or is feasible only by engagement of the masses.

T&C Vectors would also offer student Aid in Universities e.g.[ 30 Top Universities in a Specific Geographies (e.g Europe, South America..) - Science/Tech/Engineering Disiplines only ]. It would also offer student Additionally it would offer Student Aid in selected Schools.

Passport Offers may be Offered by Other Promoter Enterprises and Individuals using the XCritical API login on their websites or blogs. Enterprises and Individuals may engage other enterprises and other people by

Rewards for Registered Independent Promoters Enterprises ( Non T &C Vectors Partners ) and Individuals on XCritical?

Checkins by Enterprises/Individuals would have Values or points associated with it ( Individual(1 Point) Small enterprise(50 Points), Medium enterprise (900 Points), Large enterprise(1950 Points), Universities(415 Points), Government/Community ( 1400 points ) and the Goal of all Promoter Individuals and Enterprises offering Passport offers is to maximise the Checkin Points they garner by offering the best deals to Individuals and other enterprises.This Scheme runs every year e.g. 2012 , 2013, 2014, 2015 ..

The Top 500 Large Enterprises, 500 Small Enterprises, 500 Medium enterprises, 500 Universities, 500 Communities and Individuals( Top 15000 - with Max Checkins ) from all over the world would be offered Cash rewards depending on the Total number of Checkins they garner by engaging the Audience through their Engagement channels.

The Cash Rewards would be equivalent of 6% of Total Revenues on XCritical ( Revenue from Individuals + Revenue from Enterprises ). i.e 6% of Revenues would be distributed among the top 500*5 = 2500 Enterprises and Universities + Individuals ( Top 15000 - with Max Checkins ). If Total Revenues on XCritical is 100 Billion $, 6 Billion $ Would be distributed as rewards among the Enterprises and Individuals.

15% of Total Rewards is reserved for Individuals and 85% of Total Rewards is reserved for Enterprises.

  • 15% of Reward is distributed among the Top 15000 Individuals Competing.
  • If there are less that 15000 people competing 15% of total reward is shared among total Number of People. Therefore more the number of People participating more is the reward.

Individuals may create Blogs/Networks/Portals/Help Lines/free software/ - engaging people, gaining Passport checkins and thereby earning revenue. This is an alternative technique to earn revenue other than placing advertisements on the portals/Networks/Communities.

  • 85% of Reward is distributed between promoter Enterprises, Universities and Communities.
  • The Ratio of Reward Distribution among promoter Enterprises, Universities and Communities is in the ratio a:b:c:d:e where
  • a = total revenue from Large enterprises on XCritical
  • b = total revenue from Medium enterprises on XCritical
  • c = total revenue from Small enterprises on XCritical
  • d = total revenue from Universities on XCritical
  • e = total revenue from Communities/Governments on XCritical

Promoter Enterprises may thus engage people not only to enhance growth or sales of their business/Products/Services, they also get to contend for rewards by T&C Vectors . They get further visibility through XCritical Passport top Rankings. This technique is an alternative to earning revenue by placing advertisements on Blogs/Portals/Community sites. In this case when you offer a good Service/Deals to people you can allow privelaged access to your service/Discounted products/Events only through a XCritical passport checkin.

The 500 Promoter Enterprises in each category ( small, Large, Medium, University, Comunity ) to get rewards would comprise of Top 250( B2C - business to Consumer ) enterprises/ Top 250 ( B2B - business to business ) enterprises. The Total Points earned by Enterprises in the 2 categories are used to rank the enterprises and grant rewards.

Each reward share would depend on the Engagement ratio or the Checkin points Ratio. e.g If 500 Large enterprises(B2B) are eligible for rewards and each has 10, 5 ,3,... checkins respectively, then the rewards would be distributed in the ratio 10:5:3:....

However please note It is T&C Vectors discretion to set minimum threshold checkins, to be eligible for the cash rewards. This is to encourage only serious partipants and serious engagement of people through XCritical.

In Summary - the report cards of enterprises would read:

  • Nos of Checkins by Indviduals
  • Nos of Checkins by Large Enterprises
  • Nos of Checkins by Medium Enterprises
  • Nos of Checkins by Small Enterprises
  • Nos of Checkins by Governments/Communities
  • Nos of Checkins by Universities )

If suitable 250(B2C)/250(B2B) enterprises are not available The ratio 250: 250 may be altered by T&C Vectors at it's Discretion.

All the Realtime Rankings of the Companies would be available for people to view. So Enterprises may indulge in all kinds of Strategies/Tactics to enhance their rankings

Warning against Gaming the System: Enterprises and Individuals may not trick the system by opening multiple accounts and self Checking in to increase one's score. There would be an Internal evaluation for all checkins and sparse checkins ( multiple Checkins only from a single account ) at each engagement channel would automatically disqualify the checkins obtained.

Fundamental Points to Think over
